Exceeded my expectations. Very good quality. I've been using my sauna daily and I love the experience. Only suggestion - i needed to fabricate a plastic cover for the control box so it could reach wifi. Other users have experienced the same thing. The metal cover greatly restricts wifi signal.

My wife and I had a great time building the sauna. It liiks beautiful and have used it a couple times already and love it. Found out you need a separate 110v circuit for the LED light kit. Other than that it went together very well.

Heats up fast and comes with everything. I love it. Assembly takes some effort but instructions and the BILT app guided me through it. Be careful with screws near edges and on skinny pieces. The wood split on me once but easily repaired. I predrilled from there on out. I thought I was missing some parts and support sent them out to me right away. Turns out a couple of boards were mislabeled and I had them the whole time.

Best money ever spent. Nothing touches this for value as everything else comparable would be twice the price with less inclusions. Instructions are incredibly intuitive and EVERY piece was perfect. Took my son and I two evenings after work to assemble.

Building instructions were detailed and relatively easy to follow, you just need to play close attention to the notes in each section. My tip is to save the packing slip for each box so you know what items it contains and dont have to search as much. You will definitely need 2 other people to stand up the walls and attach the door but everything else could be done solo. So far so good!
