the materials were fine but the directions were awful and the screws and nuts were also poor quality. I am worried about the sturdiness of the reel and I am hoping it will last. Also the box arrived with holes in it.

This was the third one I got delivered. The first two had problems, so it didn’t start off great. Here is what I think. This was only a few pieces but it probably took me an hour to put together. Holes for screws didn’t line up quite right so there was a LOT of tweaking until I got them in. The directions are terrible, especially for the U bracket. Just know that this does NOT go on the side pipe, it fits in between the pipe and the crank handle. UGH…. Anyway, it rolls nicely, but I don’t think it is made from the strongest metal. Time will tell if it holds up. I’ve been wanting one of these for a long time. I live in Florida and water my plants and fill my bird baths (5) almost daily and I plain just gave up coiling up my hose after a while. Only then, I would trip over the hose when I wasn’t watching when I was doing other things outside. Hopefully, this will help. I live near the ocean and I’m concerned about how the salt with affect the painted finish. I will come back in a few months (I know people always say that and don’t) and let you know how it’s holding up. I have a 100 ft of hose to put on this, so maybe I’ll come back sooner and let you know how it feel once the hose is on it.

The hose reel cart with big tires is fantastic for rough terrain. It rolls smoothly across grass and uneven ground, making it easy to move around the yard. The sturdy design holds a long hose well and the reel works efficiently. Great product for larger spaces. I highly recommend

Super handy hose reel. I really needed and wanted a hose reel for my 150’ hose. This hose reel was a bit tricky to put together. Not all of the holes aligned correctly but with a little extra work, I was able to get it put together correctly. It works really well, winds the hose up easily, it’s on wheels so I can move it around, and it’s nice looking unlike others I’ve seen elsewhere. Overall, happy with it and glad I got it.

Not a horrible hose real. Just as good as the rest you might buy at any other place. But like most things these days its more about the finish than it is the quality. Not horrible to build took about 10 minutes.. instructions were fairly simple and straightforward. Looks like it hold the amount of 58 hose that they boast in the description. I live in Colorado and itll be nice to have a hose reel for watering the garden in the summer.
