Website is misleading. Does not come with the inserts and I could not find the white ones pictured. I bought black ones that were 3x6 like it says in the description to use and then the pieces that went next to the inserts were to short even though the website description says they were 3x6. Won't but from Wayfair again. Charged me to return items. Very disappointed

Unfortunately, I have to give this stair railing a 1. The item was misleading on the website. It does not come with the white vinyl inserts. Plus, the dividers have to be ordered separately. The inserts aren’t a perfect fit so a saw is needed to trim everything. All in all, a big disappointment(
