Disappointed with “Like New” Open Box Condition and Resolution. I purchased this item as an open-box product that was described as being in “like new” condition, but unfortunately, that was far from what I received. There were multiple issues from the beginning, including problems with the assembly. To Wayfair’s credit, they arranged for a professional service technician to come out and make the necessary repairs, and he did a great job. However, once the furniture was finally assembled and we went to put the cushions on, we discovered that one of the cushions was torn. I contacted Wayfair again and was initially told they would replace the damaged cushion, which I was completely fine with. I was then contacted again and told they were unable to provide a replacement after all. The best resolution they offered was an $80 refund. At this point, I have an outdoor piece of furniture that was sold as “like new,” required professional repair just to be assembled properly, and now has a visibly torn cushion that Wayfair cannot replace. An $80 refund does not adequately resolve the issue, especially considering the item is not in the condition advertised and is not something I would consider acceptable or usable as-is. I understand that purchasing open-box merchandise may come with some risk, but there is a significant difference between open box and an item that arrives damaged and requires multiple repairs. I expected the condition to reasonably match the “like new” description, and unfortunately, it did not.

Amazing!!! Looks just like the photos and bottom cushion is supportive.

We ordered this in the spring but we had painting to do so we left the of things soft things in plastic. There is no way those pillows will fit in those pillowcases. At first, I thought I’d fill with poly fill, but they’re not big enough to cover the back of the piece of furniture. I need three standard pillow size outdoor pillow shams. I walked in the room as I watched my husband trying every which way to stuff a pillow in there.

Received this coffee table approximately 6 weeks ago. Built it approximately 4 weeks ago & the top surface is already warped! DO NOT BUY!
