Je voudrais retourner le hamac. Il n'arrive pas à tenir sur le support de bois. Je n'ai jamais retourné de produit chez Wayfair parce que j'ai toujours été satisfaite, mais pas cette fois-ci . Quelle est la procédure de retour ?

Très beaux et résistants, rapport qualité prix excellent. Très confortables aussi.

BE CAREFUL, It was my second time ordering this chair and the second time I received a totally different hammock chair. The moka chair looked like it was missing some materiel, the seat was short and not confortable at all, I couldn't not strecht my legs in it and I felt like a was standing up in the chair because the seat wasn't deep enough. The red chair that I received is way better, I can strech my legs and sit for hours, even fall asleep in it, look at my photos. There is a big difference beteen the two chairs for the same product, I had to return the moka chair and pay for the return. I am not happy with this.
