I am very disappointed in this product.First of all, it’s a lot smaller than I wanted.Its short and low to the ground.My husband and I put it together and it took several hours. My husband is very handy and puts together a lot of things such as furniture.The holes for the bolts were buried in the plastic wicker.We had to pry away to attach the bolts.It was so much work and not worth it. It would work for a child.I searched several other of the same product and picked this one because of the reviews.I am going to try to sell it.I want to send it back too,but the shipping costs aren’t worth it.Don’t bother to purchase, unless you have all kinds of free time to put it together and have small children to enjoy sitting on it.

Very deceptive pictures to purchase this product ! It’s not suitable for adults only small children ! Going to have to try and give it away as it’s too much to repack after putting it together ! Very expensive mistake !!! DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Wayfair Customer Service, I am extremely disappointed to have to contact you again regarding my replacement lounger. The replacement item that was sent to resolve the issues with the original defective lounger is unfortunately also defective. Before outlining the issues, I want to note that we assembled the replacement exactly as instructed. We were especially careful to follow the directions regarding only tightening the screws to approximately 50% where indicated before completing the assembly. These defects are not the result of improper assembly but of manufacturing issues. The primary issue is the same as before. The posts that create the frame of the canopy have misaligned screw holes. As a result, the screws cannot be fully threaded into the posts, preventing the canopy frame from being assembled correctly. Since these posts must first be inserted into the canopy fabric before being secured together, attempting to force the screws into place would likely damage or tear the canopy material. In addition, the backing screw is once again unable to be installed. It appears that the woven rattan material on the back panel is obstructing the screw hole, preventing the screw from engaging properly. This is the exact same issue that was present with the original lounger. To make matters worse, the replacement arrived in extremely poor condition. The shipping box was torn, crushed, and collapsing in several places upon arrival, raising concerns about how the item was handled during shipment. At this point, I have now received two defective loungers in a row and have completely lost confidence in the quality of this product. I have spent hours assembling two separate loungers, only to discover that both suffer from manufacturing defects that make them impossible to assemble properly. Having to assemble and then completely disassemble two defective units has been an enormous waste of my time and energy, all because of repeated quality control failures. As a result, I would like to return the replacement item and receive a full refund. The original defective lounger is already scheduled to be picked up on Monday, July 20. I would appreciate it if the replacement lounger could be picked up at the same time. To ensure this can happen, please send the return shipping label as soon as possible so it can be attached prior to the scheduled pickup. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected the replacement to resolve the issues with the original product, but instead I have received another defective item. Receiving two defective loungers in succession is simply unacceptable. Please confirm the return arrangements for the replacement lounger, provide the return label as soon as possible, and advise when I can expect my full refund to be processed.
