Statue de jardin Ulen

To be fair in regard to a previous purchase of this item, it was packed in very thick styrofoam and plastic over that. When I picked up the box it was broken pieces rattling the box. When I removed the styrofoam the first thing I saw was a broken stub which I thought was the neck with head missing. However, after my husband removed the rest of the packaging later it turned out to be a broken leg with foot missing, and next to that a huge hole 6"x3"or so, on the underside of the turtle. The broken pieces were in various locations in the box. BUT the head and neck were intact. Sorry for the original review errors but its still broken. We have photo's but I'm unable to download them at this time. A 2nd Turtle arrived moments ago with a thud on my front porch. My husband is going to carry it inside to check its condition. That was a fast replacement. Thank You. UPDATE: Here are photo's of the 6"x 3-4" open hole on the bottom of the turtle, and the limb that is missing a foot which was broken into pieces

The Ulen Sea Turtle by Bay Isle Home is Sooooo cute! Speedy is large enough for the neighbors to notice him. He is Resin, not concrete, so I would not recommend that he be put in the yard, but keep him on a covered porch. I’m going to put a coat of polyurethane on him to protect against the elements. I do recommend the turtle.
