I order from wayfair often. Unfortunately, an item arrived damaged straight out of the box. I reached out to Wayfair, hoping for a replacement, refund, or at least a partial credit to help with the issue, but they refused to offer any resolution. Extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I expected better and will likely not be ordering from Wayfair again.
