So disappointed. First of all, the threads on the support pole are not strong enough to hold the umbrella in place, so the umbrella's maximum height now is about two feet off the ground. And then there is the "thatch", which is just strips of tan coloured plastic (think shredded thin plastic shopping bags). Very disappointing as this is not at all what I was expecting.
