Arrived wrapped in tight plastic wrap. It was dirty with mold, dirt and bugs underneath the plastic. Cushion bag was open and there were scratches on the metal frame.

Makes my daughter’s room so cozy! It’s cute and she loves to read her books in there. Would def purchase again

My daughter loves it. I can't speak to how easy it was to put together because I hired someone to do it. I'm glad I did though because it did seem as though it would be a two person job otherwise. You can adjust the height of the chair using the chain but the whole chair would need to be lifted and it's on the heavy side. It's very cute and functional though.

This swing arrived on time and in one heavy box. You will need two people to carry it. The swing was packed extremely well in foam and plastic wrap. There were no scratches or defects. It seems heavy duty and sturdy but time will tell how it will hold up. The directions weren’t that detailed but it was manageable. They provide you with all of the hardware and tools. The wrenches were very chinsy so I’d recommend using your own if you have them. I gave this a 4 star review because it is very cute and seems sturdy. I took off one star because it came with plastic caps to cover the hardware and they don’t stay on AT ALL. So behind the cushion there are exposed ends of screws which I feel like could be a problem down the line with someone getting scratched or the screws eventually ripping through the pad that it comes with. For the price though I’d say it’s probably worth it. I will update in the future to let you know how this swing which I’m using outdoors holds up through the weather.
