These chairs are a hit and great value for the money. Read the instructions carefully and assemble the swivel chairs first as they are the most difficult

The amount of money that this set cost was considerable. A slat in one of the seats came loose within a month of being in use. I contacted Wayfair using that ridiculous chat system. After jumping through hoops to send proof of the damage, the chat bot said it would set up the replacement part. Then the whole chat bot started again and was asking for all the same information. This took over 1.5 hours. I have since received an email with a replacement part delivery request, however am not sure that this is fully resolved.

Chairs are sturdy and comfortable

Nice set of chairs. I was able to put together quickly. The base is solid and seems like it willl last a while. The back brings some softness to the chair. The lumbar pillow is a nice touch and it’s comfortable to sit on.

This set is absolutely beautiful. The biggest challenge to putting it all together was all the bubble wrap and plastic that had to be taken off before my son could put it together. Pillows and cushions are great!
