I received a completely wrong item/quantity, It happened to be a chair also which was about the only thing in common with what I ordered- and the situation was handled very poorly. Rather than making it right, they didn’t offer a replacement—seemingly to avoid honoring the original price. This felt intentional and left a really bad impression. To make matters worse, the person I spoke with acted like they had no idea how this could have happened - Clearly several people received the wrong item Overall, very frustrating experience and I wouldn’t recommend based on how this was handled.

Wayfair has sent me the wrong item twice now and only gave me a 10% discount on my next purchase which is an insult from such a large company because I can get 10% off just for signing up to get text alerts. Wayfair can do better! I still don't have the correct item I paid for and now have to wait another week and a half for it. To top it off, they wanted me to take the two huge boxes containing the WRONG product BACK to a fed ex facility. Terrible service!

The wrong item was delivered. I did a return and asked for the correct replacement item. Then Wayfair cancelled that. I had to call and argue to get a refund but the item I originally wanted was still available on the website to order but all they could tell me is there was a problem with my replacement item. DO NOT ORDER THIS ITEM.
