It was nice and just at the bottom of the stairway. Thank you

2 broken parts our of the box. Several chips out of it. Once assembled, it was not sturdy. Moves quite a bit and makes creaking noises. 1 chair broke within 15 mins of use another fell over and the arm broke. Also installation was a pain about 1 hour per chair.
