Very disappointed. In every aspect of this purchase. Color is not at all as pictured. Looks black, says dark gray, is actually light gray at best. Expected it to be high quality furniture. As I had specifically searched for HDPE furniture. Not sure what material this actually is, but I’m guessing it won’t last long-term outside year round. As a part of the buying process, we were promised and expecting Wayfair’s “white glove” service. Shipping was delayed multiple times. When it was finally time to arrive we were told it would also be assembled. Again, that was included in the white glove service. Wayfair shipping just dropped it off at the front door and left. No assembly! I contacted Wayfair right way and was promised they would return same day. I was even provide a specific window when they would be back. No call, no show. Nothing. So, after the assembly window came and went, I assembled it myself. Not at all difficult. More so, it’s the principle of what was promised and it going unmet. At the end of the day, if it wasn’t such a hassle to disassemble, put back in the boxes and ship it back, I would. Makes me question both the manufacturer and Wayfair’s integrity.
