Lot left to be desired. First, it took my husband (43 years old - pretty handy guy who has put together dressers, grills, and other quasi complex home items) SEVERAL hours to put this together - somewhere between 4-5. What's hardest is that the hex wrench can only do a half turn on the screw each time (vs being able to turn the screw multiple times consecutively without having to take the wrench out). Second, and probably more importantly, the pillows and pillow cases (btw cases arrived 3 days after the rest of the shipment) feel really cheap. The cushion foam is not really comfortable and the pillow case fabric is scratchy. That being said, the couch looks nice, it just doesn't feel that great. Disappointed.
