I purchased this umbrella one year ago and it was just what I wanted - wonderful sunbrella canopy in the color I wanted; and crank/ auto-tilt mechanism. It was great last summer; and worked well when I brought it out from winter storage this spring. But, it quit working this July - just one year old. I learned that to fix the mechanism, we would need to replace the cord connecting the crank to the pulley. Unfortunately, the cords that are commonly sold do not work in this brand - and I could not find anyone who repairs this brand. Without the right cord, my $300 umbrella was useless. I called Wayfair customer service and they promised to see if they could get the cord from the manufacturer. Imagine my pleasant surprise when, a few days ago, Fed Ex delivered a whole new umbrella 'skeleton' - so I can just put my good Sunbrella canopy on the new frame and I have a beautiful new umbrella. So, I want to give Wayfair 5 Stars for their excellent customer service - and now I love my umbrella again!

Love the color, the size, and how easy it is to put up and down. Fits standard umbrella stands, but get a heavy one because this is a large umbrella and the wind will catch it. My umbrella is a beautiful deep blue ... just lovely!
