I think the oven works very well, we will make adjustments to the handle that rotates the stone because the weight of it rotates all by its self causing some issues. What we were not impressed by and what brought our stars down was the fact the the product and the description didn’t match, when we tried to return it we were offered a discount to keep it and when we said no they said they would ship us a new one. A few days later we got an email stating they were canceling our order because they couldn’t supply us with what we ordered. When we asked for a discount to keep the original one instead of sending it back we heard nothing from them. When I called regarding it I was told that the supplier would reach out to us. I’m very disappointed in the service.
