Terrible purchase. Waited several months to be delivered just to find out that both arms are defected (screws out, warped). Took several weeks and months and sent wrong pieces twice. Will never buy from this vendor. Wayfair also did very bad job resolving the issue, they let the vendor deal with it and never get involved. They better refund the whole amount. Waisted of time, waisted the entire season, I couldve bought something else in for the summer.

These swivel rocking chairs are very comfortable; the cushions (Sunbrella) are thicker than normal and not too soft or firm. They swivel easily. The arms on it are perfect height; the metal base is sturdy and yet easy to move. Took away one star because the seat cushion is quite deep. I use either a lumbar pillow or a square pillow to shorten that depth.

Nice quality chairs, should have come assembled for price point. 1 chair came damaged due to poor careless packaging but manufacturer agreed to send new arm.

Since I only recieved the cushions from the chairs that I ordered, I can only review Wayfair’s process. The chairs were ordered a month and a half ago. My acct was immediately charged when ordered and after several missed shipping dates, I was told they were on backorder. The chairs are who kows where, but the system says they were delivered…with the cushions. Wayfair makes you wait several days before receiving customer service over a shipping error. A customer shouldn’t be charged until the item is physically on its way. My advice is to steer clear of Wayfair. Their customer service and quality of items has diminished greatly.

I’m in LOVE with these chairs! They were easy to assemble, rock and swivel smoothly, and the cushions are very comfy! Love them so much I’m ordering 2 more!
