Very good quality frame and cushions! Seats 2 people very comfortably!

Just the right size and color for our outdoor space!

These outdoor patio lounge chairs are very comfortable and great quality. Highly recommend!

Item seems nice enough, lighter in weight than imagined but the bigger issue was the item arrived missing one of the wood armrests - how is this at even possible? The holes were drilled but no armrest. Customer service said they could not replace the piece but offered to send me another chair - in a month. That was not going to meet my needs (after it took a month to arrive from the time I ordered for the original order to arrive). I expected much better quality and outcome from Birch Lane, especially for the price. I don’t think $500 per chair was equivalent what I received, much less to e missing part. Oh, and the directions are relatively unrelated to the parts received. I’ve never been defeated by even the most complicated “build at home” purchase, but in this case the instruction diagrams and the parts to assemble don’t match. Buyer beware.

I only received the frame. The tabletop slats were not included. When I requested the tabletop, I only received 1 slat. The process is still not resolved.
