I love the look of these chairs. They match our set well and had minimal assembly. They seem sturdy. That said, we had trouble one one that leaned back a little too far. We had the usual back and forth with Wayfair where they send you the part to try and fix it yourself. Not sure it really made a difference. They sent another chair. All in all, either one is leaning back too far or the other chair is too rigid. As we have more guests over, we'll get a better feel for whether the lean back is too much. I do love the depth of the cusions and the swivel/rock combo.

Excellent! Light enough to move around but the wine doesn’t blow it. Upstands weather elements. Great sunbrella cushions.

I never got the item so I cant actually review them. Im assuming I would have liked them, based on the one lonely cushion I received in lieu of my actual items.

Don't but this unless you want the most frustrating experience ever. I ordered this item back in March 2026. It delayed multiple times shipping and finally got a shipping notification. Was supposed to deliver between April 5-9th. April 21st, I get an email that this item is delayed even further. April 30th I get an email that it shipped! Yay, right!? Wrong. Received only a cushion. I contact Wayfair and they cannot find shipping on the rest of the ottoman. They order another one set to deliver in June. More than a month away but ok. Was supposed to deliver June 9-12th. No ottoman, reach out to Wayfair AGAIN, this time to cancel the item. They cannot cancel since it's "a custom item already in production". Seriously?? Ugh whatever. A few days later, another shipping notification! Both packages shipped again. BOTH packages delivered this time (one package arrived June 14th, the other June 15th). Cool, right? No. Neither package had hardware or instructions. I could deal with no instructions, it seems pretty simple to put it together. Emailed Wayfair and they said the replacement parts would ship within 5 business days. HA! 11 days later, the replacement part order has been cancelled. No reason, just cancelled. Requested a full refund. This item is ridiculous.

Since I only recieved the cushions from the chairs that I ordered, I can only review Wayfair’s process. The chairs were ordered a month and a half ago. My acct was immediately charged when ordered and after several missed shipping dates, I was told they were on backorder. The chairs are who kows where, but the system says they were delivered…with the cushions. Wayfair makes you wait several days before receiving customer service over a shipping error. A customer shouldn’t be charged until the item is physically on its way. My advice is to steer clear of Wayfair. Their customer service and quality of items has diminished greatly.
