The quality of the chair is great but the quality control not. We received a used item that was missing a leg and there were sharpie marks and scratches. The company agrees to replace the parts but now I have to spend my time reassembling again. The time to get this resolved took forever also with no compensation

Unfortunately the quality control went down with this style. We were sent the wrong colored ropes on the side of the chair and was sharpie marker marking the sides. Getting a resolution for spare parts to then have to reassemble took forever. With no compensation for my time. The quality of the product is really nice. Just a chance you take on what he condition of the chair

Great piece - strong and looks nice. The first one we received looked like it had been returned. Then we realize that holes weren’t drilled accurately so we returned it and they shipped a new one that worked!

Poor quality. Table got damaged being out in the sun and corners have started melting
