We have had this set for four years. The wood has held up well and they have a thick and supportive cushion, but the cushion fabric covers have started thinning and tearing on many of the cushions with normallight usage. I wish there was a way to buy a new set of covers. I have reached out through all channels (Wayfair and Birch Lane by phone and email) to try to buy a replacement set of covers and cant get ahold of anyone who is able to reach the manufacturer. Very disappointing because otherwise the set is in good shape, but it now looks terrible.

4 of the cushion covers in the set have zippers that broke (split) immediately after putting them on the cushions. covers or cushions sizes aren't matching up. Unfortunately this was shipped to the Bahamas and has been in the boxes since shipped in Nov. 2019. We have only just been able to put items together. I am not sure what Wayfair will do.
