hi. we received this beautiful set last saturday and it’s really a nice one. unfortunately we noticed some of the grout that join the panels of the table top that has some imperfections as you can see in the attached pictures. just wondering if you can do anything to compensate this disadvantage. thank you

Overall, it’s a beautiful set of table and chairs, hence the extra star. However, this was not a smooth buying experience. Our first table arrived with huge cracks across the top. Communication with the supplier was very slow but ultimately they agreed to send us a new table. We had to specifically ask them to dispose of the broken table for us (it weighs 200lbs and I didn’t have a vehicle that could move it), which they ultimately arranged for the same day that the new table arrived. Luckily, the new table arrived undamaged and before the people came to dispose of the broken table because the new one arrived with a mismatch of table legs. I had to use one from the broken table. Had I not still had it, I would have been SOL. Ultimately, we ended up with a very nice table and chairs. However, it took about 2 months to finally get them.

The chairs arrived in 3 big boxes. They are solid, pretty, look expensive and arrived with nice comfortable Sunbrella seat cushions and lumbar pillows. The stone tabletop is attractive but was cracked and scratched probably due to the weight of shipping 200lbs. Wayfair issued a refund.

Beautiful patio dining set, this is perfect. Excellent quality, table is heavy you need two people to moved, easy to assembly. Two chairs in each box. Excellent, excellent!! 5 stars!!
