Just got it so not sure how it is yet. The griddle surface is very sticky though so I’m worried about it

Just got my blackstone so haven’t had the chance to use it as I’m still working on seasoning it. But I do have to say this is one of the first items I think I’ve ver bought where it says assembly in as little as 30 minutes and it took me 27 minutes to put it together. Very easy, clear instructions, and feels very sturdy. Can’t wait to get lots of use out of it!
