Maybe sending a couple different lengths of chain or option to buy them would be nice. Otherwise, nice product.

The rope is surprisingly soft. The open weave isn't as supportive as my solid quilted hammock but the boho aesthetic fits our backyard so much better and it's still very comfortable.

Once unpacked the quality really stands out. The material is soft smooth and pleasant to the touch making it easy to relax for long periods.
