Broke after warranty and no replacement parts… so good for the trash! Too bad as ot was the nest umbrella I had so far!

A very nice umbrella! We really like the navy color and the frame is sturdy. Make sure to purchase the correct base. The raising and lowering works smoothly. If you need to pivot the umbrella, you just move the handle into the pivoting gears and that also works so smoothly. I do want to give a shut out to both Wayfair and the business because the first one arrived in a mangled box, and the ribs of the umbrella were bent badly. Wayfair forwarded the complaint to the company and the company made contact within 12 hours and I already had a shipment being processed for the new one.

The umbrella arrived damaged with missing pieces, looked like it was from shipping but it was taken care of quickly.

Delivery was quick and package was securely packed. This umbrella is huge and it’s heavy duty which is perfect to weather tne storms. It’s vibrant and rich in color with a nice material. The only downside is that this doesn’t come with a stand so you will need to invest in a good stand that can withstand the weight. Again it’s vast so it offers a lot of coverage from the direct sunlight. Great find!
