Beautiful striped umbrella. It does not tilt but I bought an open box and maybe it’s broke but the price I saved it’s worth it not tilting.

Adorable yellow and white striped umbrella that works great. Tall and heavy so make sure to buy a appropriately heavy base

It's nice but I can't figure out how to tilt it. Definitely sprayed it with UV protection so the black doesn't fade. I like the pattern. I did find it odd that the pole is brown instead of black. That would have made more sense.
