Unfortunately umbrella did not last very long and faded and poles have chipped and rusted.

Stripes aren’t solid dark black but I wouldn’t say it’s light and more like jeans coloring either. It’s so nice and lightweight compared to my old one which was top heavy and wouldn’t constantly fall in the tabletop stand it was in and I don’t think I’ll have any problems with this one.
