We ordered two so we could put one on either side of our entry. One arrived fine, but the other arrived damaged. The display is constructed to ship/store by folding in the middle. When unfolded the middle bars are supposed to meet and be bolted together. The bars were bent--obviously prior to shipping as there was no damage on the box--so that it was impossible to bolt the bars together. We were also unable to bend the bars back to any reasonable shape. While customer service was good to talk to and appeared to to be concerned about getting a replacement to us, we were told there was no way to expedite shipping. We can't put up one without the other. We are still waiting on the replacement. They appear to be of average quality and we question how many seasons they will last. Time will tell.
