very poor instructions, pictures didn't match parts and showed different bolts going into the same hole. Very uncomfortable, but will buy some foam to upgrade seating.

I love this chair. However, the assembly was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had putting a piece of furniture together. It was hard to get things to line up exactly right, a couple of screws were missing initially, but wayfair replaced them quickly.
