very poor instructions, pictures didn't match parts and showed different bolts going into the same hole. Very uncomfortable, but will buy some foam to upgrade seating.

I love this chair. However, the assembly was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had putting a piece of furniture together. It was hard to get things to line up exactly right, a couple of screws were missing initially, but wayfair replaced them quickly.

Did not have all of the hardware to complete assembly. I have visited a home improvement store three times searching for the right parts.

Not worth $500. It's a decent chair but not worth anything close to what I paid. As others have stated, the quality control is lacking and I had to use zip ties to finish putting it together because some of the bolt holes did not line up. I spent way too longer trying to get it to work, what a waste. Cheap hardware. My wife was very excited to get it but we're already looking for pillows to put under the cushion because you can feel the posts underneath when you sit in it. Looks nice, since it's new, but the quality is NOT found here. Buy elsewhere.
