I am watching my fire now and love it but just so you know - it is small and has a smaller base so my wood pieces have to be less than 12” long.

So easy and stress free - it’s just three pieces! The color was great (grey) and just the right size to make a smaller backyard area super cozy. Only issue I personally don’t care for is the face. Not quite as defined as I would have expected.

awful!!!! calling cust service now. beautiful out of the box, inspected for cracks and then used the first time this evening. Within 15m it began to change colors and began cracking in the back. I was fearful it would crack further and set my deck on fire. I doused it with water putting the fire out! SCARY tried to add photos from my phone but not sure if they came through...but have them!!!
