The quality of the fabric is excellent and it appears to be a good product that will last. The canopy does require that you use the manufacturers umbrella pole because it has a special tract system that requires it to be used with the manufacturers umbrella canopy frame. We discovered this after we purchased the 896 canopy and tried to use our regular 8 umbrella poles canopy frame only to discover that the frame was too small for the this Resort Market Canopy. The green on the canopy was a little darker than expected and not as vivid of a green that the pictures portray. The green and pink stripes are pretty though. If we had loved the green color, we may have considered buying the manufactures umbrella pole but the cost of the pole is more than what we wanted to spend for a color were not in love with. it also comes with a very nice zippered cover that matches the umbrella pattern. It looks like it would be nice.
