Great kit with quality parts and wonderful customer service. Make sure you clearly sort and label everything before you begin. Also have your foundation ready as it takes longer than you think. You should go to the Palram website and download the instruction manual before your order arrives and get prepared. For us, there was no way we could have put this kit up in half a day and we're still chuckling about that! We were stumped a couple of times, but customer service support from Palram easily helped us each time. It came out perfectly and I would easily give it five stars, but there are are a few things I would do differently on a Greenhouse of this quality and also . . . the kit instructions . . . a few extra words would have helped greatly instead of 99% photo instructions. Now on to planting!

Ordered the 8x8 greenhouse. Greenhouse shipped 10/8 and arrived 10/25. Received the 6x8. After a week of conversation with the company, a replacement was shipped 11/4 and received 11/15. During the shipping process, verified that the correct size was sent. Again received the 6x8. Contacted the company multiple times for resolution. They report that it is an incorrectly coded model number in the system and that I can either get a refund or wait indefinitely for a replacement. A very disappointing customer service experience.

Assembly is a challenge. Got to be patient. The product is very well made. The 10mm polycarbonate is the way to go. I can't imagine buying a greenhouse with a 4mm thickness. I think it is worth the extra money to get the Glory. No buyers remorse here...totally satisfied!

Assembly was so user friendly, price was competitive, look is very attractive, windows do exactly what was advertised. I'm over the moon about this fantastic unit and look forward to growing vegies in a coastal environment year round.
