The bird house trim on roof was bent and some paint chipped off, but otherwise very attractive. We'll see how it holds up outside this summer.

Birdhouse was delivered damaged in three places. Box was not damaged therefore was done prior to packaging. Also only measured 14 across NOT 17 as listed. Finial on the top only sits in the slot and rattles with the wind. If keeping will need to glue in. Contacted Wayfare right away. This was a $238 investment And they only offered 20% off. Still Negotiating.

Very cute; not sure why the top is not attached securely and screws stick out along the edge of its roof, but overall, I think the birds will love it.
