I ordered 7 sections of the privacy fencing and a certain piece in every box was broken. Instead of sending me the broken 8 pieces they are making me pack and return over 200 pieces and the 9 posts and caps totalling over 1,000 they wont return unless I pay for the shipping, which will be almost the purchase price because they are 9 feet long and heavy, because they are not defective even though the fencing they sold me was defective and now I have nothing to attach their vinyl poles they sold me from the same vinyl fencing company. The phone numbers on the enclosed lifetime warranty are both disconnected phone numbers.
