Wayfair shame on you. You are better than this. Im am very upset. I love these chairs they are beautiful. The problem is the assembly. Pay for the assembly. It is shameful that 5 holes that were supposed to be there so you can screw in the screws are completely missing, they forgot them. They dont exist. This is not the only problem. The left back area of the seat that attaches to the left spine of the back of the chair has wood that is supposed to fit into a precut out hole so that the seat can slide into the hole that attaches it to the back of the chair. That precut hole is not the correct size. I had to hire a carpenter friend, he came to drill the holes so he could put the screws in all the seat areas where the screws attach for the seats, and enlarge the hole that connects the seat to the back of the chair. He said it is not safe and he wants to get a clamp and put a clamp there so the chair doesn't fall apart and hurt us. He said he cannot believe how nice the chairs are and how horrible wrong the chairs were sent to us. Dont you realize that women are the buyers here and while I know many women capable to drilling and fixing and clamping, i am not one of them. Im am not buying anything here anymore I am that angry. Taking advantage of me is unacceptable and these chairs are expensive

Easy to assemble. Should mention they are darker than in the photo, luckily that works ok for our front porch. Happy with them.
