We saw this as an add on for our new Char-Broil grill but the big box stores didn't have in stock. It works great, heats evenly, is easy to install and remove, and makes cooking breakfast, smash burgers, fajitas, and vegetables a breeze. Cleanup is simple, and the grease management works well. It's a great way to add the versatility of a flat-top without buying a separate griddle. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade for any compatible Char-Broil Performance grill.

I've used it once and it worked well. Seems like a good product. It does not come with any care instructions at well, which I found surprisingly. Not sure how to season and keep surface in good shape.
