Overall it’s a nice, comfortable, and sturdy! There was a couple damaged pieces and a ton of extra, clunky chain left to dangle. Nothing major and it’s doesn’t stop me from enjoying it!

The material quality of the product is good and feels durable. However, the chain included in the package is unfortunately too short and now I need to purchase an additional chain to complete the installation. This detail should definitely be clearly specified in the product description to avoid inconvenience for customers.
