Color is not great. Too red. Came un-assembled and was supposed to be assembled. Husband is fuming. Not good situation.

The chairs look and feel great. However, I specifically was looking for chairs that did not need assembly. Even when I filtered my search for "no assembly needed" there were many chairs that indicated in the description that assembly was needed, or offered expert assembly services. These chairs explicitly stated that no assembly was required and no expert assembly was offered. In actual fact, the chairs arrived in multiple pieces with associated hardware. Some, but not all needed tools were included. Assembly instructions were not detailed. Assembly skill level was at the medium level. Not all of the predrilled holes lined up well. Being in my 70s, I was disappointed to have to put this effort in, and my body is certainly hurting. Especially disappointing as I put significant effort into selecting chairs that were explicit in not needing assembly. BTW, these chairs fold for storage, and when folded (fully assembled) would have easily fit in the original shipping box. Too bad, because as I said, these are nice chairs, both looks and comfort.
