Besides the delivery being two days late, I was looking forward to setting up and having it ready for the following day weekend.. two of the main support beams were severely damaged. When I reached out to them, they told me the damage was not that bad and offered me 50 to compensate me when in reality I just asked for new parts. I think the customer service is the worst part of this purchase. I tried to tell them that for 300 back I will be able to replace the beams on my own, but then tried to force me to take the 50. It’s just been completely crazy. I understand things happen especially with shipping, but the customer service has been horrible.

We have had a lot of rain so we just were now able to inventory everything. It was all there according to the parts list and all very well packaged. The corners of the panels were well protected. The curtains were tan although I hoped they would be blue like they were pictured but the description didn't say the color. They will still look beautiful. Very excited to put it up although it will still be a few weeks because we had hall damage to our house and the lithe gazebo we already have and that will need repaired our removed first.
