All the parts where in the box nicely packaged and numbered the instructions explained the process clearly step by step and they even included the cement anchor bolts. I do not regret my purchase at all

Very very upset and disappointed. Do don’t spend your money!!!!! Purchased it in june and was very happy until we noticed in August that it started to separate as you can see on the picture. Was told by support that there was nothing they can do and that it’s only a 30 day policy. That’s BS spent almost 400 on this “heavy duty” item all so it can break down and nothing be done about it. Never again will I buy from Wayfair. Update! I did get in contact with the supervisor who was absolutely helpful and did exchange the item! She was very clear and very helpful and absolutely understanding! I will most definitely give Wayfair another chance.

Poor design or something…. One of the poles snapped within 2 hours of it being built… and we can’t even use it for our event now (

Some of the pieces had the wrong numbers or no numbers which made it very frustrating to put together. Two brackets were welded upside down and I had to drill my own hole. It’s fine once it’s together but more work than it needs to be.

Very well made item, this is a very nice canopy
