Great hand carved Pelican! His name is Petey

Honestly I feel I was cheated The picture shows 3 pelicans So I thought it was what I would get I should have read the fine print But have the courtesy and take a honest picture of what the buyer wil get

This is a very nice carving from Bali but it is very lightweight coconut wood and I really don't think it is suitable for outdoors. It seems like the paint would fade quickly in the sun, the lightweight wood would rot quickly, and it is so lightweight I think it would tip over easily by either the wind, the squirrels, or the cats. Having said that, this is a lovely carving and I might keep it if I can find a place for it indoors.

The pelican is really cute. On my patio and draws tons of attention.

Ordered Ocean's Perch Pelican Statue loved it. Ordered this Pelican to finish the beach house porch. Not as heavy as I would have wanted. Craftsmanship is wonderful.
