The product I bought as 12ftx12ft arrived as 9.5ftx9.5ft, they said they sent it wrong and they would send a new one, and it arrived again in 9.5ftx9.5ft dimensions. I wrote it again and despite all my warnings, it was again the wrong size, 9.5ftx9.5ft. I did not receive the correct product I paid for! They didnt even bother to correct their mistake and send the correct product. They kept sending the wrong product for more than a month!!!
