The communication on the shipment status of the shade sail and the delivery was prompt and ahead of schedule. The shipment was missing installation hardware, but Wayfair was equally prompt in shipping the missing part. Great customer service.

Looks good. We used a 30$ mastercraft trailer winch to attach it to the fence. The only complaint is that it was heavily creesed due to being poorly folded when it was packed. It's been up a week and I can still see them hopefully they work them selves out... We'll see how the color changes in the ☀️
