Would have been excellent had I measured correctly. I chose the 16x18 and need a 16x20 or 16x22. The harder you pull the corner cables in a diagonal direction, the more the sail cinches along the edges like a drawstring and the more the sail sags in the center. For the sail to be fully taut when hanging, it either needs to be within a foot or so to the post you’re securing it to or the line of pull needs to be perfectly aligned with the edges of the sail. I did leave it hanging like a curtain for a couple days when I realized there was no way I was going to get to hang properly. It absolutely does its job at shading and cooling an area significantly. Highly recommend. Just make sure to accurately measure and to not forget that measuring horizontally along the ground will underestimate the actual distance between the two attachment points if one is significantly higher than the other.

This is perfect for under my grapevine to keep it cool. It has hooks and wire to hang it, but it definitely needs the hardware (not included) to hang it properly. It is light enough for one person, but better with someone to help. It works very well keeping that area cool.

This shade arrived within a few days of ordering it. The package was heavy, it is made of very heavy duty material. I chose the grey color and it is a nice light grey, almost blue in daylight. This shade does not come with any hardware for hanging it so that has to be purchased separately. I have put it on a pergola to create some much needed shade on my patio. It filters out most of the sunlight as expected. Overall it seems like a great shade!

This is a perfectly good rectangular shade sail. It's true to size, the steel cable surrounds the perimeter, it fits perfectly above our patio area, the color is as ordered, and it's made of quality fabric. We're going to enjoy this rectangular shade sail for our long hot summer and many to come.

This sun shade is really nice it really filters out quite a bit of sun. I orginally ordered the beige one but received a gray one instead and I actually like it better. It rained pretty hard with strong winds the day we installed it and it seems to be a bit stretched. I’m hoping the warmer weather and sunny days will put it back in shape. Installation was simple only took about 20 minutes. Overall happy with my item.
