Well ..... some of the pieces were a little bent, which made it VERY difficult to match the Screws to the Screw Holes. Also, although I was already aware that the Seat Cushions would not be Thick ..... I did hope that they would be a bit Firmer than they actually are ..... because I weigh 150lbs and they Flatten a LOT ..... (and I am probably the Lightest person who would be sitting on this furniture). However, I love the Look of the Black Furniture (but wish that I didnt have to consider spending EXTRA money to purchase THICKER Cushions for More Weight Support) ‼️

DO NOT trust these photos. The back cushions appear to go several inches above the back rest. LIES - they are more like lumbar size pillows. The back of the sectional digs into your back because the pillows do not, I repeat, DO NOT look like they do in these stock photos. Another problem is that the seat custions do not attach to anything. And, with the way the base is constructed, you can't keep from sliding out of your seat.

My sofa came with hardware missing and a back cushion missing. The hardware I received was unlabeled. So this made assembly extremely difficult and eventually impossible. There are 4 different screws that look the same and I had to spend hours searching through to figure out which screw was what only to notice that many hardware pieces were missing. I requested replacement hardware and received confirmation that it was in the mail followed by a notice that the hardware was no longer in stock. Now I have a $800 sofa in pieces and unusable because the hardware is missing and not being replaced. I contacted wayfair back about the missing hardware and received no response.

It’s nice. Took several hours to put together. Pretty sturdy but lower than I thought. It’ll due for the space that I have.
