Product not the best quality and was missing a piece. It looks nice once it was assembled. Wayfair customer service is awesome and took care of the problem quickly!

Excellent quality and design, only could improve the construction instructions, but all manageable in any case.

I think it is beautiful, but it arrived with some damage to the posts. One was has a huge dent in it and one of the foot frames that frame the bottom of the post was also damaged. While that was disappointing, it is too much has hassle to try and return something like that. We built it today and will just have to live with it.

One of the A1 posts is missing. I can't finish setting up the pergola without it.
