Love the chairs. Delivery was great. The only two problems I had were overcome but should not have happened. First, one of the chairs had wicker wrap broken near the end of a spine. I was able to pull it in place and wrap with electrical tape to fix that. What they don’t tell you is how to get all eight bolts in place to hold the chair open. No way one person can pull it tight enough to get the last two bolts in. I figured out how to place it against a 4”x4” post and use a ratchet strap to pull it close to aligned and a screwdriver to get it aligned and then place another screwdriver to hold so I could place the bolts. Photos of that I will try to attach.

Don't waste your money! The product was very difficult to assemble. The webbing is just cheap plastic just stapled to the ribbing and separated during assembly. No way is this chair as durable as described. Very poor quality all around.

Love the look. But when putting together you will need 2 people when it came to the seat. 2 straps broke while trying to put the screws in. It is a tight fit and thats where we needed 2 people. Makes me think how long it will last.

Fits perfectly on our rooftop deck. My wife loved it. Good quality and sturdy.
