The assembly process is extremely frustrating. Many of the holes were not drilled properly, making it very difficult to insert the screws. Manually file and widen several holes before the screws would fit. The canopy was another major issue. The canopy support pipes would not fit through the fabric sleeves as designed. You will ended up having to modify/cut the pipe sections just to get them through the four corner openings of the canopy fabric. The instruction manual is not user-friendly and is difficult to follow, which made the assembly process even more challenging. The estimated assembly time of 1.5 hours is unrealistic. Expect to spend at least 5 hours assembling this chair, especially if you encounter the same manufacturing and fitment issues. Overall, the finished product is attractive, in pictures , but the poor assembly experience and lack of quality control were disappointing. I wouldn't recommend to buy if you are not ready to spend this amount of time and frustration.
